Class action status has been granted in a national lawsuit filed against Xerox Corp. on behalf of black sales employees who worked for the company between 1997 and the present. The racial discrimination suit alleges that there is a pattern of refusing promotions, denying commissions and otherwise discriminating against black members of its sales force by the company.
