A lawsuit has been filed and is seeking class action status on behalf of more than 500 card dealers at the Las Vegas strip hotel. The lawsuit was filed in Clark County District Court and claims a recently implemented tip pooling program requires dealers to share tips with supervisors and therefore represents a breach of contract and violates Nevada state law. The policy would mean an average annual cut of 20% for dealers who earned $100,000 a year in salary and tips.
