A lawsuit has been filed and is seeking class action status in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California against WiMAX solutions provider Alvarion and some of its officers and directors. The lawsuit claims Alvarion failed to state that sales to the customer would not continue to provide substantial revenues to the company and that the company violated US Federal Securities laws.
