We bought two new cell phones. and at same time we noticed a tablet 4 that was on sale.
it was less money that the other three, all was ok till we were ready to check out We were told oh we do not have anymore of these they are going to discontinued these. I ask you cant get anymore of these tablets and was told no. next day found out they had lots of them . Still Verizon would not take care of problem . Someone missed marked the table we want . This was why they told us they were not going to get any more that they had stopped making them. Lots of problem with our family plan in pricing. and when they charged all of our cell phones and tablet they used up all of our data instead of using their on Wi-Fi , so we had to pay extra to keep from going over data. Which that was not correct. Ended up several months ago started charging extra for tablet because it was dropped and then I had to put it back on because they took it off . I was to have this for life at no extra cost on a sharing planned . because they took it off for some reason I had to get it back on . I had a 3 G or it might have been 4 I am not sure. 1 G was to be free for life as long as I had tablet and I was paying ten dollars a month for it. So they managed to have me lose that so then I had to start paying extra for a G. Which it not fair. They have you because of the contract you have to sign for two years.
This is company owned store that did all of this. Not a private owned. I have always been on a senior planned . I think we were taken advantage of because were are seniors and had never used a phone before with data. Did not really explain thing to us.
