A lawsuit seeking class action status has been filed in U.S. District Court in Illinois, alleging that the practice by the federal government in detaining and interrogating selected airport travelers based on a list of suspected terrorists is illegal. The suit claims that the practice also causes suffering and embarrassment for innocent people. According to the suit, innocent Americans have had to endure humiliation when temporarily detained repeatedly and for extensive periods of time because of the poorly conceived Terrorist Screening Center.

Pretty embarrassing to see your 3 year old and grandmother on the "suspect " list and have to be extensively wanded not just once but another travel time as well. Call the TSA and demand errors to be forever removed. They do listen.

It's so typical for the US Governmemt to be as Corrupt as they are and abuse their power in the system to get away with so many criminal acts. They arrest people for fraud when they commit the biggest fraud acts in America . For abuse and violence when they are the biggest abusers to children in the system who are wrongfully taken and to innocent people when blowing up the twin towers in 9/11. The system is sobcorrupt they are all in conspiracy and they are an Organized crime and hypocrites and cannot even follow their own laws they make and charge everyone else for . They entrap people and set people up and lie under oath and I'm writing a book on government corruption that will be published by years end . I'm sorry that your going thru what your going thru and for what it's worth I believe every word toubsaybbevasue I have witnessed it firsthand being jn arsenate D deprived by abuse of power and kept hidden. They do all sorts of wrongs in jail as nobody listens to the ones being victim because they are criminal but they too are people and still don't compare to the Criminals that we call out federal government who commit bigger vicious acts of crime and get away wit it

I am currently incarcerated this is being written on my behalf please help me the cops at Robert Presley detention center in riverside are mi's treating they revoked my bail privileges without a signed document from a judge saying to enforce it they didn't let me shower for 3 days in a row im mal nourished hungry and need my diabetic medicine I have high colostral depression an Neuropathy please please help me im not going to be able to put up with this much longer they placed me in ad seg said I was a terrorist and that's why I cant use the phone my friend heard it the other day my last and only chance to use the phone
