The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a class action lawsuit against the moving and storage firm alleging discrimination and harassment of Hispanic and Filipino workers at a Las Vegas facility. The suit claims Hispanic mechanics were subjected to a hostile work environment through repeated racial epithets and alleges Filipino and Hispanic workers were denied overtime and passed over for promotions while lesser qualified white employees were promoted and given overtime opportunities.
