Employees at Tyson Foods Inc. claim that they did not receive wages and overtime pay in accordance with the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and Kansas state law. The lawsuit seeking class action status states that the world's biggest chicken, beef and pork processor has repeatedly denied wages and overtime pay by requiring its employees to work 'off the clock' which includes changing into protective clothing and safety gear.
