Cushenbury Mine Trust

A class action lawsuit has been filed in federal court on behalf of beneficiaries of Cushenbury Mine Trust alleging mismanagement by trustees. The lawsuit seeks to have the current trustees and the trust's lawyer removed and requests the court order a temporary trustee to manage the trusts. The class action claims the defendants have conflicts of interest that should prohibit them from being in a fiduciary position and alleges the present trustees and trust counsel have shown to be incompetent in protecting the assets of the trust.
