TruGreen ChemLawn is allegedly involved in illegal practices of employee discrimination and harassment, customer fraud and chemical dumping. This includes reports of employee firings and management demotions for reporting bad commercial practices as well as more general employee harrassment and threats. Apparently there are also incidents of unreported accidental chemical spills and cover ups.
