Long story short, I booked a flight through Travelocity in June with a return flight too. I cancelled within minutes. I saved the email stating my cancellation went through, both ways. I haven't received an email, and called Travelocity to inquire. They stated, after checking my account that I didn't cancel correctly, and I'm only entitled to $1,100 refund out of the $2,800. I feel their booking and cancellation procedures are confusing and misleading. Do I have a case?
