A lawsuit seeking class action status claims Total Health Home Care underpaid or did not pay its caregiver workers for hours spent traveling back and forth to clients' homes. According to Pennsylvania state labor law, the payment is required. As well, the company is accused of wage practices that pay workers minimum wage if the worker does not clock 38 hours of time in one week with clients.
