Toshiba of Canada Limited

A Canadian national class action has been filed alleging defects in Satellite Pro 6100 Computers. The suit was filed on behalf of Canadians who own Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100 Notebook Computers. It claims Toshiba was negligent in the design of the Satellite Pro 6100 Computers, knew of the inherent defects, but nevertheless sold, marketed and distributed the computers in Canada. Owners currently have to repair the defective computers at their own expense as the failures often occur outside of the warranty period.
