A class action lawsuit has been filed against TGF Precision Haircutters on behalf of employees. The suit alleges that the plaintiffs are not paid for some of the hours they work, including the 15 minutes that they are required to be at work before their shift begins or for the time spent attending mandatory meetings. The suit estimates that that the average TGF employee works an about five hours a week off the clock.
