A class action lawsuit has been filed against Ann Arbor based Tetra Tech MPS, formerly McNamee, Porter & Seely Inc., and Ayres, Lewis, Norris & May. The suit was filed on behalf of about 150 households who allege that the companies were negligent in designing and maintaining the Marysville sewer systems. The suit alleges that the companies are responsible for damage to about 300 households that flooded the weekend of May 22 and 23.
