A class action lawsuit has been filed against Taco Bell Corp., and its parent company Yum Brands Inc., on behalf of customers who may have been exposed to hepatitis A between Feb. 7 and Feb. 21 at the Derry Taco Bell in New Hampshire. The suit claims that the company was negligent in failing to take reasonable precautions to prevent an infected worker from spreading Hepatitis A, a liver disease, to the plaintiffs.
