SunTrust Banks Inc. Re-Pay Employee Overtime Class Action

A certified class action lawsuit has been filed against the financial institution for allegedly failing to re-pay adequate overtime to its technical support staff. The lawsuit was filed in US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and claims SunTrust made nearly 200 of its client technology specialists eligible for overtime in fall 2006, but failed to pay them for three years worth of wages at a higher rate.
