A class action lawsuit has been filed against the firm and one of its partners for allegedly helping clients defraud hundreds of investors. Plaintiffs are accusing Strasburger and Polson of aiding and abetting the sale of unregistered securities through misrepresentation, conspiracy to commit securities fraud, conspiracy to violate the Texas Securities Act, attorney malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty and negligent misrepresentation.
