A lawsuit has been filed and is seeking class action status against the three Canadian companies alleging their weight loss products failed to perform as advertised. The United States federal lawsuit was filed against NxCare Inc., NxLabs Inc., and Wellnx Life Sciences, the maker Slimquick. This product is promoted as the "world's first advanced fat burner designed specifically for women." NV is another product named in the suit, which claims to be "the world's first rapid weight-loss beauty pill." The case alleges the companies were involved in deceptive trade practices in violation of Pennsylvania's consumer protection law and fraud as well as false advertising.

I bought the Natures Science green coffee bean dietary supplement. I started it on November 10, 2015 was taking it twice everyday and on November 13 2015 I became restless and couldn't sleep so on November 14 I was sick all day still restless and that evening I become jittery, I was hallucinating, was shaking, vomiting felt like I was about to pass out. So I went to the er and they said I had pneumonia which I know I didn't, I didn't feel like I did. Anyway I come to the conclusion it was a caffeine overdose I googled and had all the symptoms including raised pulse rate. You people need to address this caffine overdose on your bottles and packaging.
