A lawsuit filed against the state of South Dakota says a study that determined the state under funded education was ignored. Fifty-six school districts are going ahead with a class action suit. The South Dakota Coalition of Schools determined that the state of South Dakota under funded education by millions of dollars. Recently, North Dakota and other states successfully filed similar suits.
