A class action lawsuit has been filed against the college and the organization which runs bookstores at more than 750 colleges nationwide. The suit claims Follett Higher Education overcharges students for their books and does not pay them enough when they sell them back. The lawsuit was filed with Orlando's federal court and also claims may courses require students to purchase book bundles and but then refuse to buy back used textbooks. Schools often receive up to 10% of annual bookstore revenues.
