Sanofi-Aventis

A nationwide class action lawsuit has been filed against the pharmaceutical giant alleging unpaid overtime. The lawsuit was filed in Orange Circuit Federal Court and claims Sanofi-Aventis routinely denied overtime wages, meal and rest breaks, and other compensation to its Field Sales Professionals as required by federal and California law. The lawsuit claims Sanofi-Aventis violated the Fair Standards Act of 1938, the Unfair Competition Law, and Industrial Welfare Commission Wage Orders. The lawsuit was filed on behalf of all employees who worked in a Field Sales Professional position over the last four years.
