The lawsuit alleges that Ryan's:
-- Pays its servers "server wages" of $2.13 an hour to perform non-server duties for which servers receive no tips.
-- Adds "tip wages" to its servers pay, which they do not earn, in order to meet minimum wage requirements.
-- Has had a uniform, company-wide policy and/or practice of consistently requiring its hourly employees to work "off the clock" and/or of "shorting" their hours.
-- Makes deductions in its employees' hours worked for lunch and/or shift-change breaks that were not taken or were interrupted by work.
-- "Shaves" employee hours in the computer system.
