Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against C. H. Robinson Worldwide on behalf of a class of 2,000 current and former female workers. The sexual discrimination and harassment suit alleges that the company discriminated against women in promotions and pay, and allowed a hostile work environment in which many male workers sent pornography to one another by e-mail and inappropriately touched and propositioned female workers.
