McCormick & Schmick Employee Racial Discrimination

A federal law suit seeking class action alleges that McCormick & Schmick, a seafood restaurant chain based in Portland, Oregon discriminated against black workers and applicants. As well, the suit claims that the company gave African American workers lower paying jobs and shorter or less desirable shifts than Caucasians. McCormick & Schmick has approximately 60 restaurants nationwide.
