Class action certification is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Register.com, a company which charges $35 to register domain names. The suit was filed by a client, Micheal Zurokov, who claims that Register.com breached its contract by using his site to redirect visitors to their site, and to sell advertisements while his site was being constructed. If certified as a class action lawsuit, it is estimated that there could be up to 3 million plaintiffs represented in the class.

I was robert@phil-group.com … Register.com went to a new mail format, unbenounce to me, and I didn't receive e-mail for a few days... I finally called and they said, here is your problem,, I didn't have such and such(Ha, I didn't even know I didn't have such n such)… Register.com tech fiddled around and I got such n such and had 82,000 spams in my e-mail account and coming/receiving them faster than I could delete them... I told them to ""Shut it(robert@phil-group.com) down and fix it!!! Well, for a couple of days I was without e-mail till register.com fixed their problem... I finally started to receive e-mail and was told, sorry, we left the back door open when we worked on your account"",, ""that is why you got 82,000 spams/e-mails""... Well, in those 82,000 spams/e-mails was a e-mail from the government to all the government contractors giving us ""Grandfather Rights"" and the government was switching to a new qualification/bidding system... I was scrubbed from being/continuing to be a government contractor!!!

i purchased 2 domains with Register.com and I got a lot of Error messages in their website that won't allow me to work on my domains. They frustrated me so much that I had to tell them to cancel them and that gave them a good cause to scammed me more because they turned around and sold it to newvcorp.com and now this unregistered website gives you a message.. "Report this site" I thought that they wanted more money so. now newvcorp.com is selling the domains I had paid for a Year ..they now want around $477.00 for each domain. I really need my domains back to get to work on my accounts, it's really causing me a financial hardship. and I am afraid that they have sold it to Cyberstalkers and ID thieves that have been trying to get everything on their hands to make my life miserable.
Thank you
