The National Association of the Deaf has filed a class action lawsuit against the Washington Redskins on behalf of deaf and hearing impaired fans. The class action suit was filed in US District Court in Greenbelt and claims the team is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act for failing to provide captioning during games. The lawsuit seeks to get team officials to offer closed captioning as well as provide and display captioning on scoreboards and video monitors for all announcements, plays and penalties called during games at FedEx Field.
