RadioShack
A class action lawsuit has been filed against RadioShack on behalf of employees. The suit alleges that the company deliberately misclassified current and former employees as executives to avoid paying overtime wages, which is a violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. This suit was filed on behalf of the employees who missed the Court ordered opt-in deadline of the previously filed Perez suit, and it is expected that approximately 1000 people would be eligible to join.
