A class action lawsuit has been filed against Raytheon Company, Lucent Technologies, General Electric Corporation, Honeywell International, Inc., ITT Industries, Inc., and ITT-Gilfillan, Inc. for injuries suffered from exposure to dangerous x-ray radiation during the period between 1958 and 1994.

The plaintiffs were exposed to radiation as a result of their work on radar devices manufactured, designed and distributed by the defendants. Serving as U.S. and NATO soldiers, these veterans were affected by the radar devices, which operated primarily along the front lines of the Cold War, and as a result of this radiation exposure, the plaintiffs are at higher risk for certain illnesses or have already developed various forms of cancer and other life-threatening conditions.

If you feel you qualify for damages or remedies that might be awarded in this class action please fill in our form on the right to submit your complaint.

If your injustice does not match the complaint described above, please use this form to register your complaint. Thank you.

I was an ATC radar repairman on AN/TPN-19 from 1978-1982. Stationed at Tinker AFB, but was TDY to Upper Heyford AFB, England where our radar ran continuously while a new radar was installed. The AN/TPN-19 is comprised of the AN/TPN-25 PAR radar with ionizing radiation in the X band, and the AN/TPN-24 ASR radar with non-ionizing radiation.

I have now developed bilateral breast cancer and had modified radical mastectomies, along with chemo and radiation. I am wondering if you have similar complaints as mine.

Feel free to contact me by e-mail.
