Philadelphia School District

My autistic son was abused and neglected by his former school principal because I spoke out about theft and negligence to a special needs director. He was denied services, education, breakfast and lunch, and was abused by his teachers who admitted to pressing their bodies on him to keep him in his seat, tearing his clothes, staining his clothes, and got DHS involved.
