A United States law firm is investigating a potential class action against PalmOne, Inc. for reported defects in the Tungsten E. Many Tungsten E users have levied complaints about the PDA, including problems with the on/off switch, no sound, data loss, freezing, inability to reset, rapid battery power loss and others.
