Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles
A class action lawsuit has been filed against the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles on behalf of motorists who were improperly charged two fees to have their driver's licenses reinstated after drunken-driving convictions. The suit was filed by two motorists who claim that the two fees that they were charged to regain their licenses were contrary to a state law which requires a driver to pay only one fee when requesting the reinstatement of a license.
