According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, "The Natural" Slingshot by Daisy Manufacturing is being recalled because it can slip out of its frame during use, flip back, and hit the user in the face. Some injuries have resulted in eye injuries and knocked-out teeth.

The manufacturer offers a full refund or a replacement and will go so far as to pick up the defective slingshot from your home.
