A national class action lawsuit accuses Morgan Stanley DW of gender discrimination. The company allegedly discriminated against its female Financial Advisors by favoring male Financial Advisors in the distribution of business opportunities and accounts throughout the company. As well, the company is also accused of age discrimination and violating the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act.
