A class action lawsuit has been filed against Canada's four mobile phone carriers: Telus Corp., Microcell Telecommunications Inc., Rogers Wireless Communications Inc., and Bell Mobility Inc., on behalf of consumers. The suit alleges that the carriers' monthly system access fees violate consumer laws and involve false advertising and misrepresentation.
