Family members of the 20 people who were killed in a seaplane crash off Miami Beach have filed a class action lawsuit against the airline. The National Transportation Safety Board began an investigation regarding the cause of the crash and found stress fractures in the right wing of the plane. The lawsuit claims Ocean Airways failed to properly maintain the 47-year-old seaplane. The airline carries a $50 million insurance policy.
