A corporate class action lawsuit has been filed against Marsh Supermarkets, alleging mismanagement, fraud and other charges. Shareholders claim that the Indianapolis grocery store chain's executives and board members destroyed the business by paying themselves excessive salaries, bonuses, termination payments and other perks. The suit says the Marsh family, that controls 13 percent of the company's common stock, operated the company as their own despite its public ownership.
