Loyola University has filed a class action lawsuit against its insurer for allegedly paying less than one-seventh of the $28.5 million it suffered in Hurricane Katrina related losses. Loyola claims the storm inflicted $6 million in property damage and $22.5 million in business interruption losses. The university is seeking monetary compensation for storm damage in federal court.
