A class action lawsuit has been filed against L&L Services, a Charleston staffing agency, on behalf of workers. The suit alleges that the company has been cheating its laborers out of overtime pay, as well as mistreating and threatening them. The suit claims that the company has been engaging in a pattern of violations which amounts to racketeering.
