Central Livestock Corp.

A class action civil petition claims the sale barn company closed its business the same day it issued worthless checks to many ranchers. Central Livestock closed in mid-February at the same time customers experienced problems as they tried to cash checks issued by the sale barn. Currently, a sale intended to auction off Central Livestock Corp. has been canceled indefinitely. Central Livestock Corporation was in business for more than 80 years selling cattle, hogs, horses and sheep.
