Some auto leasing companies have a practice of assessing unreasonable charges for "wear and tear" or "excess mileage" at the end of a car lease. Obviously, a certain amount of "wear and tear" is reasonable during the lease period, but sometimes the bill presented to the lessee at the end of the lease is totally out of line with the lease agreement or anything reasonable.
If you feel that you have been a victim of an unreasonable charge for "wear and tear" or "excessive mileage" at the end of a car lease, and would like to participate in a class action against the lessor, or even if you merely want to contribute to a pool of knowledge, please fill in the form at right.
