A class action lawsuit has been filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of those who purchased or otherwise acquired stock of Kohlberg Capital Corporation ("Kohlberg" or the "Company"), during the period between March 16, 2009 through and including December 24, 2009 (the "Class Period"). The Complaint charges that Kohlberg and two of its top executive officers violated the federal securities laws by issuing false and misleading financial statement during the Class Period.
