Jacuzzi Brands Inc.

Two purported stockholder class action lawsuits have been filed against the plumbing fixtures and fittings manufacturing business challenging a proposed acquisition of Jacuzzi Brands by private equity firm Apollo Management and Apollo's portfolio company Rexnord Corp. The lawsuits were filed in the Chancery Court of the State of Delaware and allege Jacuzzi directors breached their fiduciary duties in connection with their actions agreeing to the company's proposed combination with RBS Global Inc.
