Please register your complaint for a possible class action suit against Hyundai Motor Co.
Hyundai Motor Co. was found guilty of falsifying engine output figures of 15 models of its cars following investigations by the Korean Ministry of Construction and Transportation (MOCT) early last year.
The alleged Hyundai engine hp inflation rate, which varies from country to country, is directly proportionate to car size; i.e, the bigger the car, the higher the rate which reaches 40% in trucks. For example, Avante/Lantra/Elantra is sold
in many countries as having a 114 hp engine while in truth its engine output is only 92 hp. It is sold in Korea as having 108 hp engine. Hyundai heavy trucks whose engine output is 255 hp are sold as having 330 hp engines. Hyundai allegedly started to practice such false labeling from 1990.
Hyundai models which are allegedly falsely labeled include Santa Fe, Sonata, Elantra, Accent, Coupe, Trajet, Matrix, Terracan and all commercial vehicle models.

I purchased a 2003 Hyundai Accent at the Van Nuys, CA dealership, which has gone out of business.
My transmission mechanic told me that my transmission is falling apart. He said that a class action suit was
filed because of the transmissions. I never received a notice about a recall or a class action. I just got back from the transmission shop and was told that I need to buy another car because the transmissions in the
Hyundai are faulty. Is it too late to get some help for the repairs . I am a retired woman and am living on social security.

Is there or will there be a class action suit for Hyundai 2013 Santa Fe owners and/or lessees regarding the failed, dangerous stalling engines and the secondary hood latch?
My car did shut off completely and suddenly, while I was on highway. Prior to that, the front hood popped up into the front window imploding all the glass of the window, and other damage, while my husband was driving the same car, on the highway.
We have loads of email and records to orignal dealer; to Hyundai customer care; to their escalation office; and to Hyundai Corp/Legal offices regarding these matters, as well as blue tooth; audio navigation, and Hyundai emergency service problems, all on a steadily ongoing basis, with supporting documentation of email; calls; diagnostics; etc.
We would like to know if there is a class action suit for our model and year, please.

I have a 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe that has the hood paint bubbling and coming off until the metal is showing. When I call they tell me that the warranty on the paint is for 3 years. I understand that the paint will naturally fade being exposed to the elements but this is clearly a manufacturing defect. Paint is not supposed to come off in sheets. Why are they not covering this . I see Hyundai cars all over town with the same problem to no recourse.

My Hyundai 2011 Sonata engine exploded on 4/23/2017. I never received a recall. The car has 90,000 miles on it still within the 10 year 100,000 miles. They gave me a curtesy car to drive. All they tell me is the parts haven't come in yet. I don't even know if they replace the engine or who is paying for it. What recourse do I have.
Thanks for your help

I am very upset with hyundai. they took advantage of me because i was a first time car buyer. now a year later down the line it seems to be impossible to refinance my car or even trade it in cause the sticker value they sold it to me for was way over its worth. i know its a lesson learned but i dont find this right at all. i want to take them to court for falsifying prices and raising the value on their vehicles. they almost did it to my friend same dealer ship...hyundai of garden grove. i will make sure they will take care of this

The main reason I bought this car in 2002 was because of the 10 year warranty and to not have them honor the warranty causes me great financial strain as I currently don't have the $3000 to have a new transmission. As a single mother I am now stressed beyond belief that I'll be stranded on the highway with my 5 year -old in tow. Every time it kills on me, I begin to panic and I pray to God to please let it work.

Would like to be properly informed so I could make an educated decision. Bought the car with false information. If received accurate information might have bought something else.
