Harley-Davidson
Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson on behalf of owners of motorcycles with defective TC-88 engines. The suit alleges that the company acted fraudulently by failing to disclose the defect in the engines' rear cam bearing, and that Harley-Davidson breached its warranties and profited from selling the defective motorcycles.
