Hamilton Health Sciences
A $25 million dollar class action lawsuit has been filed against Hamilton Health Sciences in Ontario. The suit was filed on behalf of ninety-three women who received "inappropriate or unnecessary" surgery on their uterus by Dr. Salim Daya between January, 1998 and April, 2003. The suit alleges negligence and breach of duty on the part of the Daya, a fertility and miscarriage specialist.
