Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas™

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas™ is a popular selling video game. On Wednesday, July 20, 2005, the Entertainment Software Rating Board ("ESRB") changed to "adults only" the rating for the video game as a result of explicit sexual content on the game that can be unlocked with an internet download.

A potential consumer fraud class action lawsuit is currently being investigated concerning whether Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas™ was properly labeled with its original "M" mature rating, and not the "adults only" rating.
