A class action lawsuit has been filed against the City of Gillette, Wyoming on behalf of city workers. A lawsuit was originally filed in March in response to the Gillette City Council's decision to alter post-retirement benefits that had been listed in city employees' handbooks. That suit was dismissed by Gillette's 6th District Court, and this new suit was filed as an appeal "intended to address the rights of all employees."
