A lawsuit has been filed and is seeking class action status against the real estate mogul claiming The Apprentice reality show "Get Rich with Trump" home viewer game constitutes illegal gambling. The "Get Rich with Trump" game appears on television during broadcasts of this season's The Apprentice: Los Angeles. The lawsuit was filed in Gwinnett County Superior Court and claims the game violates Georgia law because it offers a grand prize of $10,000, requires a 99-cent entry fee plus standard text-messaging rates, and winners are chosen at random.
