A class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of purchasers of Flight Safety Technologies, Inc. (AMEX: FLT) ("Flight Safety'' or the "Company'') publicly traded securities during the period between January 14, 2003 and July 16, 2004, inclusive (the "Class Period''), against defendants Flight Safety and certain of its officers and directors.
The complaint charges that Flight Safety and certain of its officers and directors violated Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, and state common laws by making a series of materially false and misleading statements concerning the SOCRATES Wake Vortex Detector.
