On Dec. 24, 2002 Judge Marcella A. Holland of the Baltimore City Circuit Court certified a class against Defendants Fax.com, Inc. of Aliso Viejo, CA and JD&T Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Travel To Go, also of CA. The case is # 24-C-01-2218. The class is comprised of Maryland recipients of travel faxes sent by the Defendants.
A federal law empowers you to not only stop the faxes, but to collect up to $500 or more per junk fax from the junk faxer or broadcast faxer. You have a right to use your own fax machine for your purposes, and not to print advertisements for someone else selling cell phone service, travel packages, multi level marketing schemes, toner supplies, and the like.
